In the same bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, ground allspice, rolled oats mix it with spatula lightly.
In the same bowl add chopped dark chocolate and mix it well.
Cover it with a film and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Pour 1 scoop dough into the baking paper Bake 160 Celsius for 18 minutes for soft cookie and 25 minutes for hard cookies.
Cool it for 30 minutes before serving.
